Week Night Jambalaya
So I decided I would share the new recipe I made tonight because it was so quick & easy and just plain delicious. And lets face it, who doesn't like quick, easy & delicious on a busy work night. Let's start off with the list of ingredients you will need. 1 package (14 oz) sausage, sliced into 1/2" slices 1 onion, diced 1 red bell pepper, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 3 celery stalks, chopped 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes 1-1/2 cups chicken broth 1 teaspoon creole seasoning 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 cup white rice (uncooked) Add the sausage, onion, bell pepper, celery & minced garlic to your instant pot . Saute for several minutes until the veggies start to soften. Once everything looks like it's nice and cooked , add your diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Creole seasoning, chili powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire and uncooked rice and mix everything well.
